This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The staff even helped me with sim cards during my first stay, which I appreciated. I'm returning for a weekend!

Beds were of a good size & comfortable other than that the hotel was somewhat of a dissapointment
Rooms and hallways badly in need or redecoration, bathroom smelt, staff poor

Very central location and 10 minutes' walk to the metro. Stylish & spotless room, it's own balcony, a storage space, and cell in there.

Fancy, reasonably spacious hotel with amazingly nice staff and warm breakfasts. Neat and nice styled room and large bathroom with a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and terry cloth bathrobes. Magnificent view from the window over street. Great services, free Wi-Fi. Great and fantastic location, 5 minutes' walk to Louvre Museum🙂👍

By far the best thing is the location, the most central thing you can ask for. If you are interested only this point is incredible, we were 1 week and we were practically not in the hotel so we used it at night only. The staff is friendly and cheerful and willing. The room was clean and so was the hotel.
It needs an urgent renovation, photos are not a complete reflection of what the pieces are, door of room 408 is in a bad state, we asked for change and they didn't change us, then the air didn't work and they didn't offer a fan either, safe didn't work, hotel in general had clear signs of the wear and tear of time, one waits more for the money that one is paying which is not less. Apart from that it is a good option to stay. They didn't answer any mail before our arrival and despite warning them about our honeymoon they didn't pay any attention. Unlike all the other hotels we did not stay in.

Perfect match for a lightning stop in Paris with value for money. The bathroom was large but the cold water tap didn't work. Make sure to bring a fan during the hotter months.

Location was central
6th floor in desperate need to redecoration and refurbishment. No wifi access in 614. Fortunately I was out for dinner and only staying one night otherwise this would have had to be addressed. Expensive for what you get - even for Paris standards.

Do recommend for overnight stay
Comfortable room, good breakfast. The easy access to important attractions via the Palais Royal-Musée du Louvre Metro Station was a major plus for exploring the area.
Nothing to improve.

I had a lovely stay with beautiful decor and felt so relaxed in my spacious room with a large, comfy bed and a phenomenal bathroom setup. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the tartare, and the ambiance was charmingly vintage. I would definitely come back here!

The location was the only positive aspect.
Service was extremely poor. The staff were particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. I have stayed in the Brighton and Westin previously, and for a similarly priced hotel Brighton have set the standard and the Normandy hotel is nowhere near that. Additionally, the furnishings are outdated for the expected standard.
